  • Policy related communications will be sent to you via post or email. We may also contact you by phone.
  • If you’re registered with My LV=, we will send automated emails.
  • Four times a year, we’ll send you a newsletter via email to keep you up to date on all our latest news. Members who have opted in, will receive their AGM notification via email. The option to unsubscribe can be found at the bottom of these member emails.

  • Alternatively, manage your marketing preferences for LV= General Insurance.
  • Please be aware that sometimes, we select our data four to six weeks in advance of the communication being sent to ensure its processed accurately. This means that you may receive information that doesn’t reflect recent changes to your personal or policy information.
  • We won't share your details with any other companies for marketing purposes. The security of your personal data is always our priority, as outlined in our Data Protection Statement.
