Making a new claim

We'll need some or all of these to process your claim:

  • original journey booking invoices and travel documents showing the dates and times of travel
  • original receipts and accounts for all out of pocket expenses you've had to pay
  • original bills or invoices you're asked to pay
  • details of other insurance you have that may cover the same loss, like home insurance or private medical cover
  • as much information and evidence as possible to support your claim
